Role Overview
The strength of our studio lies in our documentation. We are seeking an Architectural Designer who thrives in the technical resolution of a building. You will work closely with the Project Leads to develop schematic designs into fully coordinated, highly detailed construction sets. This role is strictly for professionals who understand that a building is only as good as the instructions given to the contractor.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive architectural drawing sets, including floor plans, sections, and complex detailing.
Integrate MEP and structural engineer models into the central architectural model.
Prepare precise material and finish schedules.
Assist in compiling authority submission packages for municipal review.
Generate high-quality 3D visualizations and massing studies for client presentations.
What We Require
4–7 years of professional architectural experience.
Absolute proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
A meticulous eye for detail and dimensioning.
A strong grasp of passive design strategies and how to detail them for construction.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal team coordination.
