Technical accuracy
Your drawings must be construction-ready, not presentation-grade
Regulatory literacy
Understanding of authority approval processes and compliance documentation
BIM proficiency
Revit or equivalent as a core working tool
MEP awareness
Ability to coordinate building services within the architectural design
