Role Overview
Forma Studio is seeking a Senior Architect to act as a Project Lead for our upcoming commercial and large-scale residential developments. In this role, you will not be hidden behind a desk; you will take full ownership of your projects, managing the design trajectory, coordinating with structural and MEP engineers, and ensuring that our standard of technical accuracy is upheld at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the project team from concept design through to construction documentation and site administration.
Manage daily client communications, presenting design iterations and resolving brief requirements.
Oversee comprehensive 3D BIM clash detection and interdisciplinary coordination.
Review and approve contractor shop drawings, RFIs, and material submittals.
Navigate complex authority approval processes and regulatory compliance.
What We Require
Minimum 10+ years of professional practice, with a proven track record of delivering built projects.
Exceptional technical literacy—your drawings must be unassailable and construction-ready.
Advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks (or equivalent clash-detection software).
Deep understanding of regional building codes and municipal authority submission processes.
A portfolio that demonstrates structural and MEP integration, not just conceptual massing.
